Additional support is provided at greatly reduced hourly pricing. The decided advantage is an ongoing relationship with you and your systems and expedited priorities for your daily issues. Moreover, you are at the very front of the line for service.
  • Smaller Business and Residential Customers: We offer a Club Dispatch membership which gives you discounts on support as well as expedited support.

Non Contract Relationships:

  • Continuous Non-Contract Business Customers: The better we know you, the better we can serve you. You benefit from our constant involvement but you will pay regular rates for services.
  • Residential Customers: When we are open for business, we welcome you dropping off your computer for diagnostic and possible repair. We also offer appointments at your home which are scheduled based upon availability.
